- We correct in-scope defects reported in writing within 30 calendar days after acceptance at no agency fee.
- If we cannot pass the signed checks within 10 business days after written notice for an issue we control, we refund the $1,750 kickoff fee within seven business days and waive the balance.
- If an accepted core page or inquiry function fails during that 30-day period and we cannot restore it within the correction window, we refund the $1,750 final payment within seven business days.

- Standard launch checks cover mobile, desktop, links, page titles, inquiry delivery and access.
- One consolidated preference revision is included.
What is not included
- This scope does not include a new brand identity, logo, photography, filming, custom illustration, advanced motion, ecommerce, membership, multiple languages, custom applications, CRM migration, complex integrations, ongoing SEO, paid advertising or traffic generation.
- Hosting, domain, software, usage, licensed assets, applicable tax and approved third-party charges are separate.
Speed without skipping the work
- The target is a complete review-ready website within three business days after the written scope is signed, kickoff payment is received and all agreed content, access, assets and approvals are complete.
- Launch follows the included revision, final mobile and desktop checks, inquiry-path testing and explicit acceptance.
